Wedding!!!!!

Hi People,

I've long been neglecting this blog for many reasons, one of which was my best girlfriend's wedding which happened just last weekend!

It was pure blast right from the start. Blast of heat, that is. Haha! The weather was merciless the moment we reached Changi Jetty after nikah at 11 ish for the photoshoot with all the groomsmen & bridesmaids. Make up all cair already sia, our skirts were practically clinging to our skin! Anyway here are some pix...

Nikah at Masjid Taqua. R was around at this time before he left for KL for some meeting. He was NOT happy with the long-windedness of the kadi. Ahaha! I told him, at least it's not gonna be ours:)

Also reminded him, in abt 3-4 months time, that place will be YOUR hot seat baby :p oh ya, we would be holding our nikah at Masjid al taqua too :)

Bridesmaids theme colour: black & red.

Groomsmen: kurta boria

Place: Changi Jetty

Weather: very sunny & humid!!

Just a shoutout: AWESOMEEEEE BRIDESMAIDSSS!!! Some tak kenal but we clicked so well, everyone of us!!!

After that, around 130pm we left for the groom's house to wait for the pengantins to change into their 2nd outfit. It was a loooong wait, till about 3, before we made a move to the actual majlis area at Block 15 Bedok South Rd amphitheatre. Spacious! But still hot!

Since there was no space to eat, we poor bridesmaids n bridesboy ate at the nearby exercise area. Kesian yo.

So then the bride & groom were leaving to change into the last costume & we sempat catch them!

Then it was just us.

By 5 ish, only Myself, Wirda, her friend, and kak fiza were left from the team bride. We lepak like mad. Tired giler but we promised the bride we'd stay to support her. So wait we did till 8pm when she came down in her evening dress.

The best part?

Lightning Dhol gave his opening act!

It's Bhagra dance from here on!

Ended the beautiful, fun, joyous occasion with a pix! Not yet up. Most pix with Bridesboy.
