Thoughts

Anything can happen. Today I read the news on a BTB whose wedding was supposed to hold in 40 days time. She died before getting on the dais due to unknown cause. Very devastating.

I've also read or heard stories on called-off engagements & the likes. It's all very negative, I know, but it's real. Jodoh itu di tangan Tuhan, jodoh itu rahsia Tuhan. We can plan all these intricate details, but ultimately, it is up to the Almighty to give, if it's the best for us. Sometimes I try to take a step back from the crazy plannings for fear of being too caught up in this worldly affair. 

I was sharing with a friend that I understand this - you don't always love your partner. There are bound to be times where he gets on your nerves, or when you just don't feel like loving him. And that is normal, because that is life. It is temporary, and so are feelings. But where there is low, it will be followed by a high. So couples must stay together during the lows before reaching the high. 

Anyway just some reflections tonight. R still 5 hours away from me, 2 more weeks before he comes home. 5 more months before we could be married, like Mrs & Mr. We'll have a son & we'll give himma sister. Ok that's from some song lyric of cos. Hehe.
